We stabilize the foundation walls with steel beams, placed vertically against the wall and spaced (typically) 4 feet apart. The concrete floor and footing are dug down and the beam is bolted to the floor joists. Concrete is poured around the basement brace and then grout is added between the beam and the foundation wall for additional support.
We repair the basement wall cracks by filling them with a masonry weatherproofing joint filler to help mitigate against leaking foundations.
