At Forged Foundations we use the methods recommended by our local Regina structural engineers. A steel or LVL structural beam is added as per load requirements allowing for removal of structural walls in residential construction. Typically sub walls are required to be built to temporarily pick up the structural load while the wall is removed and the structural beam is added.
