An “Interior Waterproofing System” is really a Weeping Tile System, that is installed at the lowest point of the structure, alongside the footing of your foundation inside your basement. It isn’t really “waterproofing.” it is more like managing the water that passes through or under your foundation. The Weeping system is typically tied into a sump pit to allow for water dispersal out of the house.

At Forged Foundations, we excavate along the interior foundation wall beside the footing,  install weeping tile along the footings, weeping tile is then tied into a sump pit (where a sump pump pushes the water out and away from the house), add drainage rock, backfill and concrete finish the slab basement floor.

This is your best option for water management if the exterior of the house is inaccessible!
